That reputation has not gone unnoticed, especially among those who play on the courses that are now part of the National Golf Club of America (NGCA).
The Hillcretas were built in the late 1800s and offer a great range of courses from short to medium holes, but they also feature several “classic” golf courses like The Rodeo, The Greenbrier and the Greenbriers.
Some of the most famous of these courses include The Greenhouse, the Rodeos Blue Ridge, The Blue Ridge Club and The Greenman Ranch.
The Hillcres classic course at Wollersheim (left) is an excellent option for golfers looking for an authentic, short-ish hole.
The hill is known for its beautiful views of the mountains, and the courses is one of the best places to watch the sunset.
There are many more classic hillcrees in the United States, but you won’t find any on the list unless you go there yourself.
The Hillcotts, a golf course near Wollbergen, Wisconsin, is an especially famous course in Wisconsin.
It was one of five courses built in 1927 and opened in 1927.
It’s one of just six golf courses to be named one of Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses.
The other five are the Greenwoods, Greenbriars, Greenwoods Ranch, The Redwoods and The Redwood Hills.
