When a couple of thousand bucks gets you a championship golf tournament, you’re probably wondering how to spend it.
That’s where a few of the golf course experts at Golf Channel’s new premium channel come in.
As part of a $50,000 prize pool, Golf Channel has partnered with a few courses, like Mesquite Golf Club, to bring you a tournament for $25,000.
Golf Channel has a $2,500 prize pool to choose from, so you might not need to worry about spending $25K on your golf course.
“What we are trying to do is to provide a high-end experience that we think is accessible to all segments of the market,” Golf Channel president and CEO Jon Krawczynski told CBS Sports.
“And we want to make sure that we’re providing an experience that people can feel good about, and that is fun.”
So how does it work?
