Aussie golf star Travis Davison will take over the Dandened Golf Course at Woodlands in Victoria’s north-east.
“Davison has built up a strong reputation for himself as an experienced player and has developed an extensive reputation for his golf course management skills,” a Dandengary spokesperson said in a statement.
“He has a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of a golf course community and has built his reputation on being able to manage and manage the best facilities for the community.”
Davies name is synonymous with Australian golf, having won the Australian Open four times and the World Golf Championships twice, and he also won the PGA Tour’s title in 2010.
“It’s been a great privilege to be a part of this historic development,” he said.
The Dandensen Golf Course opened in September 2018.
The new facility will include an indoor and outdoor facility with a three-hole par-three course, with a maximum of 10 tee boxes.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Travis Davisons golf team to the DANDENINGS DANDING POOL, the DANNINGS DOGGING GROUNDS,” Dannings Danding Golf Course Managing Director, Matt O’Connor said.
“This new facility is a major step in providing our guests with the ultimate entertainment experience in a modern and modern-day venue.”
I’m really looking forward to working with Travis to continue to build on his success at Dandenson Golf Course and the Dannening DOG GAMES.
