PHLEBOTOMIST COMPETITION FOR THE PHLEbotOMIST PROGRAM FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA.
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette has announced it will host a competition for its Phlebotomist program in 2018.
The PhleBotomists, a group of aspiring phlebophiles, will compete for an opportunity to earn a certificate as an undergraduate.
The university says it will use the PhleBotomist Certificate program to encourage students to explore the world of phlebots, which are made of a highly flexible plastic that is made from an organic material.
Phlebots are available in many shapes and sizes, including the popular “Candy Man” one-piece toy, as well as the traditional plastic “Phlebotool” and “Piggy” varieties.
The competition will take place from September 24-26, 2018.
